At least one injured in CA-78 accident near Ramona
RAMONA, CA – At least one person was injured in a major accident Saturday on California Highway 78, according to a tweet by the San Diego Police Department.
The accident was reported by authorities at 6:42 p.m. and happened on CA-78, also known as the Orasco Guejito Truck Trail, near milepost 30.5.
A photo shared by police showed officers standing by what seemed to be the wreckage of a motorcycle.
At least one person was injured in the collision, though the exact nature of their condition is unavailable at this time.
SDPD estimated that the road would be closed for several hours for the investigation and cleanup of the accident.
