14-year-old boy found dead in apparent train accident
SAN DIEGO, CA – A 14-year-old boy was found dead early yesterday morning beside a set of railroad tracks in an apparent train accident, reports CBS8.
The boy was discovered by a crew of workers around 2:50 a.m. in the 6000 block of Santa Fe Street, in the Bay Ho neighborhood area.
The boy has been identified, but his name has not been released due to investigative reasons.
The cause of the boy’s death will be determined by autopsy, the report says.
The situation is currently under investigation by the homicide unit of the San Diego County Sheriff’s Office.
