61-year-old pedestrian struck by vehicle while jaywalking in Kearny Mesa

SAN DIEGO, CA – The Times of San Diego reports that on March 27th,  a 61-year-old man walked into traffic in the 4300 block of Convoy Street and was hit by a 2005 Acura TL. The man had been drinking before the incident. The pedestrian suffered a broken leg after the accident and was taken to a nearby hospital. The woman driving the Acura was uninjured.
