3 dead in fatal accident in Sorrento Valley

SAN DIEGO, CA – CBS 8 reports that three young people, ages 18-20, all died in a one-car crash on the evening of March 13th. The driver of the vehicle, an 18-year-old woman was driving a Chevy pickup at a high speed, lost control of the vehicle, and crashed it into a pine tree. The three passengers all died on impact, while the driver was taken to a nearby hospital with third and fourth degree burns.

Police have stated that they don’t believe alcohol was a factor in the accident.
