Our client slipped on detergent that had leaked on the floor of a San Diego Supermarket. The property owner knew of the spill--a cashier was told of the spill--but had not marked it with warning signs or attempted to clean up the spill. Due to the negligence of the property owner allowing the dangerous condition to remain on the floor, our client slipped and seriously injured her knee.
