San Diego Man Injured After Being Rear-Ended in Car Crash
The Jurewitz Law Group represented a young man who was injured after his luxury car was struck very hard from behind by another driver who was not paying attention and did not see our client stopped at a red light traffic signal. Our client was taken via ambulance to the hospital and his vehicle was declared a total loss.
We helped our client find doctors who would work with him since he did not have health insurance. After his care was done, we submitted a settlement demand on his behalf only to have the other driver's insurance company act unreasonably and offer just barely more than the face value of his medical bills. After filing a lawsuit against the other driver, we were able to obtain a policy limits settlement of $15,000 for our client.
