San Diego Woman Suffers Back and Knee Injury When Truck Pulls in Front of Her Car
Our office helped a San Diego woman who suffered neck, back, and knee injuries when a truck pulled out in front of her car while she was exiting southbound I-5 at Front Street in Downtown San Diego. She treated at a hospital later that night and then followed up with an orthopedic doctor, chiropractor, and physical therapist to treat her injuries.
After filing suit against the other driver's insurance company and threatening to pursue his personal assets, we were able to obtain a policy limits offer from the other driver. We then obtained our client's underinsured motorist (UIM) policy limits to obtain a total settlement of $30,000 for our client.
