Young Woman Killed in San Bernardino County Pedestrian Accident

Outcome:  One person killed

A San Bernardino pedestrian accident took the life of Crystal Smith‚ 16‚ when she was struck by a car while crossing Highway 395 in Adelanto.  The car that struck her did not see Smith because of a tractor-trailer driving north in the lane next to her.  The driver‚ a 28 year-old woman‚ was driving a Chevy Cavalier.
