Three people suffered minor to major injuries in a head-on car crash in Riverside County that occurred on May 7‚ 2011‚ around 3:15 p.m. on Highway 79 southeast of Temecula. According to the responding California Highway Patrol officers‚ one of the injured victims had to be extricated by the Riverside County Fire Department.
The other injured victim was immediately airlifted to a nearby hospital for treatment. The investigation is still being conducted. It is unclear from the facts of the news story why the accident occurred. Only a detailed investigation involving skilled investigators can determine the exact cause of the accident‚ whether it be a mechanical error or human error.
Regardless of the true reason‚ the victims have suffered serious injuries in an auto accident. They should always consult with a Riverside personal injury attorney who can hire a trained private investigator to investigate how the
accident occurred and determine if there are any facts which would suggest that the accident was the cause of someone else’s negligence.
Our law office hopes that the injuries suffered by the victims heal soon and send our best wishes to them and their families.
