IKEA-USA and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued a recall order for all IKEA LEOPARD highchairs that come with a separate tray and seat that snap together using locks. Apparently the defective seat locks have posed a choking hazard or have allowed children to fall through the seat and injure themselves. Although no reported injuries have happened inside the United States, the recall aims to ensure that no future injury will occur in the U.S. either.
