Person Dies after Falling from Downtown San Diego Building

Type:  Premises liability accident

Outcome:  One person dead

A person died late Friday night after falling from the top of a three story building in Downtown San Diego.  It is unknown whether the person fell or was pushed from the building.  Neighbors report hearing noise from the top floor immediately prior to the incident.
