According to coroner’s press release, Maxwell was a passenger in a vehicle traveling south of Main Street when the vehicle was involved in a head-on collision.
The injured victim was taken to Loma Linda University Medical Center where he was pronounced dead on May 17. It is unclear as to how this traffic collision occurred; however, it seems that one of the drivers acted negligently.
The deceased’s family members should immediately seek the help of a Riverside car accident wrongful death lawyer to understand their legal rights.
If it is found that the either of the drivers was reckless, then the victims’ families may be entitled to compensation to cover funeral and burial costs, loss of anticipated earnings, and other related damages.
