One motorist died and four others suffered serious injuries in Linda Vista DUI car accident on July 16‚ 2011‚ around 8:40 a.m. on Ulric Street near Fashion Hills Boulevard. According to San Diego police Officer Frank Cali‚ the wreck involved a white Mitsubishi and a Nissan Frontier.
28-year-old Bryan Larman was travelling southbound on Uric Street when he tried to pass another vehicle. He lost control‚ drove over the center divider‚ and was struck by a Nissan Frontier traveling northbound.
Larman suffered traumatic head injuries and was later pronounced dead. Two adults and two children in the Nissan suffered serious injuries and were immediately transported to a nearby hospital to receive medical treatment.
Police reports that Larman was driving under the influence of alcohol‚ which led to this serious crash.
