An 18-year-old Corona woman was killed in a two-vehicle wreck that occurred on September 17‚ 2011‚ around 11:50 p.m. on Hidden Valley Parkway near Via Blairo Circle in Norco. According to Riverside County sheriff’s spokesman Deputy Angel Ramos‚ the victim was riding in a Cadillac travelling westbound when the 23-year-old male driver lost control‚ veered into the eastbound lanes‚ and collided with a Hummer.
The female motorist suffered life-threatening injuries and was pronounced dead at the accident scene. The Cadillac driver sustained critical injuries and the occupants of the Hummer were immediately transported to a nearby hospital to receive medical treatment.
From the available information‚ the driver of the Cadillac may be at fault.
