Twenty-two people‚ most schoolchildren‚ fell ill and were taken to San Diego area hospitals after they were thought to be exposed to carbon monoxide‚ a colorless and odorless gas. The people were attending a morning Mass at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Coronado‚ CA at the intersection of C Avenue and Seventh Street. However‚ after being taken to the hospital‚ none of the twenty-two people tested positive for carbon monoxide poisoning. It is currently unknown what caused them to feel ill.
